Update: It is now 9PM and we have not left Ushuaia due to high winds which currently don’t seem to be that bad but they say the channel is too narrow for us to pass with winds this high. We are not the pilot or captain. They put the gangway back down and took someone away by ambulance. The Star Princess is waiting to take our place at the dock. It appears weather is deteriorating outside of the harbor and we will not be going to Punta Arenas as this is a tender port and the seas will not be favorable was the announcement that was just made. Oh well, this is the first port of all of them that we have missed. We had dinner with Jaime in the Pinnacle for seafood night and it was wonderful. Jaime is a sweetheart and such a cute and sweet girl. Debbie and I enjoyed her company. Now we are back in the cabin and took our night time cold medicine and Debbie is bundled in her woolies and under tons of duvets already to sleep while I am doing this update. Depending if we get out of here tonight will determine what we do and where we go tomorrow. We are supposed to cruise the Beagle Channel but we will see what happens.
